My Wagyu Beef Tallow was delivered in a fitted small box the size of the container. Upon opening, I observed a container that is a bit flimsy with a plastic lid that was sealed very well, so the tallow would be safe from leaking unless it was damaged in transit. Once I removed the inside seal of material, I found that the tallow must have been on its side during transit, because it was not level and was touching the sealed material. The tallow itself, looked liked whipped creamy butter and the taste is unbelievably fantastic!! So much so, that I am having a hard time eating my everyday tallow from the butcher (We eat a carnivore diet and this is our butter on our beef).
My concern is that this product takes 5 days to deliver from the time it is shipped. I live in Arizona and while this is winter and on the chilly side here, it will not be when the warm weather hits. Will I get liquid tallow then? Product is wonderful in taste, but a bit pricey for my budget and I really do not want liquid tallow to be delivered to me. So at this time, I am not sure I will buy again, but I do certainly want to.
